Yekaterina Chudnovsky, the widow of OnlyFans co-founder Leo Radvinsky, has inherited control of the British parent company Fenix International and is understood to have received over £500 million in dividends following her husband's death earlier this year. The family trust that governs the company extracted roughly £530 million in dividends over a 16-month period from November 2024 to March 2026, according to recently filed accounts.

OnlyFans, which was established in 2016 by British entrepreneur Tim Stokely before being acquired by Ukrainian-American businessman Radvinsky in 2019, has experienced significant growth in recent years. The platform’s revenue increased to £1.2 billion for the year ending November 2025, up from £1.05 billion the previous year. Profit before tax also rose from £513 million to £543 million during the same period.

The user base grew substantially, with subscribers, or fan accounts, rising by 60 million—from 377 million in 2024 to 437 million in 2025. OnlyFans supports more than 5 million content creators, including celebrities such as Cardi B, who primarily shares lifestyle content. However, the company’s rapid expansion has largely been driven by adult content.

Payments to creators reached £1.5 billion in 2025, up from £1.3 billion the previous year, reflecting the platform’s continued focus on pornographic material.

Leo Radvinsky, who was 43, passed away from cancer in March 2026. Following his death, Chudnovsky inherited control of the family trust that owns Fenix International. The accounts show dividends of approximately £400 million were extracted in 2025, with an additional £130 million paid out in the months leading up to Radvinsky’s passing.

An OnlyFans spokesperson maintained that the dividends were paid to Radvinsky himself, not directly to Chudnovsky, though corporate records confirm that she gained full control of the trust upon his death.

Chudnovsky, a corporate lawyer based in Florida, has remained private and has not given interviews. Despite the company’s registration in the UK, she is not reported to have any direct ties to the country. She and Radvinsky, both originally from Ukraine, had four children together but kept their personal lives out of the public eye.
