A newly constructed nine-bedroom residence in Park City, Utah, has sold for $37 million, marking the highest recorded home sale within the city limits. The property, located in the gated Bald Eagle Club community near the Deer Valley resort, was built over four years and completed in September 2026.
The buyer has not been publicly identified. The seller is Raymond Uritescu, CEO of Providence Realty Investments, a real estate investment company based in Rhode Island. Uritescu purchased the property as a vacant lot in 2021 for $6 million and listed it intermittently for $39 million beginning approximately 18 months ago.
The home features approximately 17,000 square feet of living space, including amenities such as a heated outdoor pool and 11 fireplaces. The Bald Eagle Club community offers gated and guarded access, enhancing security and privacy for residents.
Steve Jury, a broker with Keller Williams Park City who represented both the buyer and seller, confirmed that this transaction set a new local record, surpassing an earlier 2026 sale in Park City that reached $25 million. Both Jury and Uritescu declined to provide further details about the buyer or the transaction.
