Located behind intricately carved wooden doors in the Prahran neighborhood, Pawn & Co has established itself as one of the city’s most distinctive entertainment venues since its opening in 2012. Renowned for combining the atmosphere of a pawnshop with that of a nightclub, the venue features vintage furniture, antique décor, and an extensive array of items for sale, including everything from paintings and chairs to cocktail glasses and even staff accessories.

Pawn & Co offers patrons a unique experience where they can order a drink and choose to purchase the glass it was served in alongside other items displayed throughout the venue. This innovative concept has contributed to its reputation as a beloved local destination.

Now, the entire establishment itself is available for purchase. Stakeholder Josh Lefers confirmed that the potential sale of the venue aligns with the original vision. “We’ve spent over a decade telling people everything in Pawn was for sale, including Pawn itself,” Lefers said.

Prospective buyers interested in acquiring Pawn & Co have an opportunity to register their interest online between October 10 and December 12. Lefers indicated the venue’s team is open to offers from anyone capable of advancing the nightclub’s creative and commercial potential. The sale marks a new chapter for the multi-faceted space, which has combined retail and nightlife elements for more than a decade.
