PearlQ Software and Network Solutions and RAero LLC have announced a joint venture aimed at advancing digital aviation training solutions throughout Qatar and the wider Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. The collaboration seeks to enhance local technological capabilities in line with Qatar National Vision 2030 and support the growth of Qatar’s aviation sector.

The partnership brings together PearlQ, led by CEO and Managing Director His Excellency Sheikh Abdulla Khalifa F M Al-Thani, and RAero, headed by CEO Brent Birdwell. RAero’s leadership team also includes Amit Bahuguna, President of RAero and a Canadian airline pilot, who contributes operational expertise to the development of the training programs.

PearlQ will manage client engagement, program coordination, Arabic-language localization, and provide ongoing local support. The joint venture will initially target training for commercial, corporate, and business aviation sectors, as well as military aviation and emerging electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) technologies.

His Excellency Sheikh Abdulla highlighted the importance of cultivating Qatari talent and building sustainable national capabilities through the partnership. Brent Birdwell underscored the mutual objective of delivering more effective training programs to promote safer aviation practices, while Amit Bahuguna reaffirmed RAero’s commitment to long-term collaboration in the region.

Mohammed Sayeed, Chief Technology Officer of PearlQ Software, stated that the venture is expected to offer aviation organizations responsive local support and contribute to the enhancement of Qatar’s aviation technology ecosystem. Both companies regard this initiative as the foundation for a broader strategic partnership and potential future cooperation to further develop the regional aviation training landscape.
