The Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur will host a special Pink October Afternoon Tea throughout October to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The initiative aims to raise funds for the Breast Cancer Welfare Association, a non-profit organization focused on increasing awareness, empowering patients and survivors, and providing support to their families.
The culinary experience, crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Partha Bose, features a blend of international influences and local ingredients in a curated selection of sweet and savory dishes. Among the sweet offerings are the Rose Elan, which combines lychee and rose flavors with French pastry techniques, the Raspberry Tart with fresh berries and smooth crème, and the Bloom of Courage, a pavlova complemented by hibiscus confit.
Savory items include a chilled Strawberry Gazpacho and the Sakura Choux Tuna Tartare, showcasing tones inspired by cherry blossoms. The menu also presents the Po’ Boy Lobster, a reinterpretation of a New Orleans classic, and the Ruby Croquette, which combines beef with truffle and nasturtium for a unique twist.
Complementing the food is a rose-colored mocktail along with a selection of fine teas and coffee. Guests can enjoy the afternoon tea at The Lounge, which features views overlooking KLCC Park, providing a communal ambiance intended to foster connection while supporting a meaningful cause.
The afternoon tea set is priced at RM520+ for two guests and will be available daily from October 1 through October 31. In addition to the in-house experience, the program extends to a takeaway menu with two specially created pastries: the Ispahan macarons flavored with rose, raspberry, and lychee, and a Pistachio and Raspberry Tart featuring financier with crunchy pistachio and smooth crème. Each pastry is priced at RM39+.
