The Police Academy recently held a graduation ceremony for the third and fourth groups of the seventh edition of the Police of Tomorrow Programme (Summer 2026), marking the successful completion of training for a total of 400 students. The event was attended by senior officials including Major-General (Staff) Abdullah bin Mohammed al-Suwaidi, Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Technical and Specialized Affairs; Major-General Abdulrahman Majid al-Sulaiti, President of the Police Academy; and Colonel Dr. Fahad Saeed al-Subaie, Vice-President of the Police Academy and Director of the Police College. Several other Ministry of Interior officers and the students’ parents were also present.
During the ceremony, participants demonstrated a variety of skills developed throughout the programme, which is designed to cultivate a strong sense of national identity and instill values of loyalty and belonging among the students. The initiative also aims to enhance leadership abilities and promote responsibility through a comprehensive curriculum that includes sports, military training, and educational activities.
The Police of Tomorrow Programme is part of ongoing efforts to prepare future police personnel by equipping them with both practical skills and a commitment to serving the community. The summer 2026 cycle represents the seventh iteration of the programme, reflecting continued investment in developing qualified and motivated law enforcement professionals.
