Spanish authorities are searching for a woman and her partner who are suspected of orchestrating the murder of Dr. Alexander Aslani, a prominent plastic surgeon known for treating high-profile clients, including reality television personality Chloe Sims. The killing occurred at Dr. Aslani’s clinic in Marbella last Wednesday.

According to reports, the woman had undergone a Brazilian butt lift procedure costing approximately £17,000 but later demanded a refund. Dr. Aslani declined her request and had reportedly filed police reports concerning threats he received prior to the shooting. The couple is believed to have connections to organized crime networks.

An 18-year-old Swedish national has been detained in connection with the shooting and is currently in custody. However, the suspect denies any involvement in the incident. Dr. Aslani, 57, was fatally shot at his clinic, which is known to have performed over 14,000 cosmetic surgeries.
