A 14-year-old boy died after entering the water at Millwall Outer Dock near East Ferry Road on the Isle of Dogs in London. Emergency services were called following reports that the child had gone into the dock, and he was recovered from the water at approximately 10:30 p.m. Despite resuscitation efforts, the boy was pronounced dead at the scene.
