Victoria Police are set to interview five Sydney Swans players following allegations of sexual assault at a hotel in East Melbourne. The players—Chad Warner, Isaac Heeney, Nick Blakey, James Jordon, and Riley Bice—are expected to provide statements as part of an ongoing investigation into claims made by exotic dancers hired for a private performance.

The incident occurred in the early hours of August 17 at the Pullman Hotel, shortly after the Swans’ victory over Essendon at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on August 16. According to reports, the players engaged the services of three exotic dancers from Party Girls Melbourne for a private show after a night out. Police were called to the hotel around 7 a.m. following allegations from one of the dancers that she had been inappropriately touched during the event.

While initial media accounts have indicated that Isaac Heeney may be a central figure in the investigation, Victoria Police have confirmed that all five players involved are expected to be interviewed.
