Porsche has launched a new variant of its 911 GT3 that combines the performance of the GT3 lineup with the open-top experience of a convertible. The 911 GT3 S/C features a 4.0-liter rear-mounted boxer engine delivering 503 horsepower and 450 Newton-meters of torque. Porsche states the model accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in 3.6 seconds and reaches a top speed of 194 mph.
The S/C distinguishes itself as a dedicated two-seater convertible, making it the only 911 model in convertible form to offer this seating configuration. Power is transmitted exclusively through a six-speed manual transmission, catering to driving enthusiasts seeking a more engaging experience.
Design elements include a black-finished windscreen surround paired with a black roof, complemented by matte-black protection film on the side panels. These touches contribute to the car’s distinctive appearance while maintaining the sporty character typical of the GT3 series.
The 911 GT3 S/C is now available for order, with a starting price of £200,500. Porsche has emphasized the model’s blend of track-capable performance with the enjoyment of open-air driving, aiming to appeal to drivers looking for a high-performance sports car that offers a more visceral connection to the road.
