Paul Cave, founder of BridgeClimb, has reduced the asking price for his holiday home located in Pearl Beach, on the New South Wales Central Coast, from over $9 million to a range between $7.5 million and $8.25 million. The property is situated approximately 90 kilometers north of Sydney.
Mr. Cave has owned the beachfront residence since 2007, having originally purchased it for $5 million according to property data from CoreLogic. The home spans 675 square meters and features two stories, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and parking space for two vehicles.
The property is currently being marketed by Stuart Gain, a partner at Christie’s International Real Estate in New South Wales. Mr. Cave’s decision to lower the price coincides with his intention to spend more time in the Southern Highlands region.
