A collection of previously unseen photographs documenting the wedding of Elvis and Priscilla Presley is set to be auctioned, offering a rare glimpse into the private moments surrounding the iconic couple’s marriage and early family life. The images include 30 original black-and-white photos from their wedding ceremony on May 1, 1967, as well as three color photographs of the couple with their newborn daughter, Lisa Marie Presley, taken the following year at Graceland.

The wedding took place at the Aladdin Hotel in Las Vegas in a private ceremony attended by a small group of family and friends. The photographs capture candid moments from the event and the intimate atmosphere of the occasion. The later family photos show Elvis and Priscilla settling into their new roles as parents, providing a more personal look beyond the public spotlight.

This archive of photographs has not been publicly available before and was originally given to Priscilla’s mother, Anna Beaulieu, and her adoptive father, US Air Force Captain Joseph Paul Beaulieu. Anna married Joseph Paul Beaulieu after the death of Priscilla’s biological father, James Wager, who died in a plane crash when Priscilla was just five months old.

The collection is now being sold by relatives of Anna Beaulieu living in Denmark and is set to be auctioned by the Danish auction house Bruun Rasmussen. Ludvig Hjorth, a specialist at Bruun Rasmussen, described the album as “an authentic record of the historic moment when the couple married in Las Vegas,” noting that the photographs from Graceland offer insight into “a much more private chapter of their lives as new parents.”

The auction estimate for the collection is approximately £11,500.
