The Public Prosecution, through its Institute of Criminal Studies, wrapped up a five-day Training of Trainers (TOT) course for its members in collaboration with the Public Prosecution of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The program, designed to enhance the capabilities of participants, focused on developing key skills for creating, delivering, and evaluating training programs within the judicial sector.

The initiative aimed to establish a proficient group of trainers capable of transferring knowledge effectively and elevating professional competencies across the institution. This undertaking reflects the Public Prosecution’s ongoing commitment to investing in human capital and encouraging judicial cooperation to support the broader justice system.

Participants engaged with foundational aspects of the instructional process, including analysis of target audiences, assessing training needs, and designing programs suited to different professional levels. The training also highlighted the importance of understanding the training environment, efficient resource management, and aligning strategic goals with specific procedural objectives.

Additional course content covered a range of pedagogical methods, presentation skills, and the use of body language to enhance communication. The program culminated in practical exercises where attendees conducted brief training sessions, which were then evaluated against defined performance standards to ensure the application of learned techniques.

This TOT course was conducted within a framework of partnership between the Public Prosecution of Qatar and its Egyptian counterpart, underscoring both institutions’ dedication to exchanging expertise, reinforcing professional development, and fostering a continuous culture of training.
