Qatar, Egypt, and Turkiye jointly condemned recent Israeli airstrikes in the Gaza Strip, highlighting violations of the ceasefire agreement and international law. The three countries, which have acted as mediators in the conflict, expressed particular concern over damage to healthcare facilities and the resulting civilian casualties, including women and children.

In a statement issued on August 4, the mediators emphasized that Israel must uphold all its obligations under international law and strictly adhere to the terms of the ceasefire. They warned that continued military actions undermine the second phase of the ceasefire implementation and threaten the fragile de-escalation process.

The joint condemnation coincides with an announcement by Hamas and other Palestinian factions confirming their acceptance of a roadmap aimed at stabilizing the region, including provisions concerning the restriction of weapons. The mediators cautioned that ongoing violations jeopardize these efforts and exacerbate the humanitarian situation across Gaza.

Qatar, Egypt, and Turkiye also reiterated their call for the protection of civilians, medical facilities, and humanitarian workers. They urged all parties to ensure unobstructed access for the delivery of humanitarian aid and medical supplies throughout the Gaza Strip.
