Qatar Postal Services Company (Qatar Post) has relaunched its international shipping service, CONNECTED, enabling shoppers in Qatar to purchase items from major global online retailers that do not offer direct shipping to the country. The upgraded service aims to simplify cross-border e-commerce by providing customers with dedicated international addresses and secure home delivery through an established logistics network.

CONNECTED is designed to handle purchases from online stores based in the United States, United Kingdom, Turkiye, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, and Jordan. The service receives and processes parcels at these origin points before forwarding them to Qatar, offering customers a range of flexible delivery options and competitive shipping rates. Qatar Post has indicated plans to expand the number of countries covered by the service in the future.

By bypassing the limitations many retailers place on shipping destinations, the revamped CONNECTED service enhances accessibility for Qatari consumers seeking products unavailable through traditional channels.
