Qatar Post has relaunched its CONNECTED service, enhancing cross-border shopping by providing customers with dedicated shipping addresses in multiple countries. Orders sent to these addresses are then consolidated, processed, and forwarded to Qatar, with shipments tracked and managed through an integrated digital platform. The service also offers users access to shopping guides, store links, and a variety of purchasing options across different countries to expand consumer choice and streamline the buying process.

The upgraded CONNECTED platform combines flexible shipping solutions and competitive pricing with home delivery and both online and cash-on-delivery payment methods. This approach aims to simplify international shopping from checkout through final delivery, addressing common challenges associated with global e-commerce.

In addition to logistical improvements, customers earn Avios points on every shipment. These points are redeemable for Qatar Airways Privilege Club benefits, including flight tickets, cabin upgrades, and other exclusive rewards.

Hassan Jassim al-Sayed, CEO of Qatar Post, emphasized that the enhanced CONNECTED service reflects the organization’s commitment to advancing innovative logistics solutions that support the growth of e-commerce. He stated that the initiative improves speed, transparency, and cost efficiency, making it easier for customers to access global markets.

The relaunch is part of Qatar Post's broader strategy to strengthen its digital infrastructure and expand its service offerings in line with developments in the e-commerce sector. The company aims to reinforce Qatar’s status as a leading postal and logistics hub in the region by delivering integrated digital solutions capable of meeting the demands of evolving local, regional, and international markets.
