Qatar is set to host the 13th Gulf Quality Conference on November 12 at the Sharq Hotel in Doha, focusing on the theme “Artificial Intelligence and Customer Service Quality.” The event is organized by the Gulf Quality Centre for Consultancy and Training, with support from Qatar Chamber serving as a silver sponsor alongside other entities.
The conference aims to promote awareness about the significance of quality and innovation in service development while encouraging institutions across the Gulf region to adopt advanced digital technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
At a press conference on Tuesday, Ali Bu Sherbak Al-Mansori, Acting General Manager of Qatar Chamber, emphasized the timeliness of the event amid rapid global advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) and technology. He described the conference as a crucial platform for exchanging expertise, sharing successful practices, and exploring AI-driven opportunities to boost performance and improve customer experiences.
Mohamed Saleh Al-Kuwari, Chairman of the Gulf Quality Centre for Consultancy and Training and President of the Conference, acknowledged Qatar Chamber’s continued support for the event as well as its broader efforts to support Qatar’s private sector. He highlighted the conference’s focus on customer satisfaction as a core element of institutional excellence across both public and private sectors in the Gulf.
Al-Kuwari also noted the role of international quality management systems in enhancing customer experiences through standardization and the integration of AI technologies. In addition, he announced the launch of “Meyar” (Standard), a new platform developed by AI specialists at the Gulf Quality Centre. The platform is designed to analyze customer feedback, streamline organizational workflows, and help institutions identify key customer priorities more effectively.
The conference will feature a series of panel discussions covering various topics including international customer service quality frameworks, AI applications in measuring and improving service quality, and the evolving roles of employees, chatbots, and intelligent agents within customer service operations. Discussions will also address the interface between AI and service quality in the private sector.
