Sheikh Khalifa bin Jassim bin Mohammed Al Thani, Chairman of Qatar Chamber, met with United Arab Emirates Ambassador to Qatar HE Saeed Abdullah Al Qamzi at the Chamber’s headquarters on June 25, 2026, to discuss bilateral trade and economic cooperation. The meeting also included Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Obaidli, Board Member of Qatar Chamber and Chairman of the Food Security and Environment Committee, along with Hussain Al Naqbi, Head of Economic, Political and Media Section at the UAE Embassy.

During the talks, both parties explored opportunities to strengthen and develop trade relations between Qatar and the UAE. They emphasized the importance of the private sector’s role in advancing mutual investments and enhancing economic collaboration. The discussion also focused on identifying ways to boost trade exchange, aiming to deepen the economic ties between the two Gulf nations.
