Filmmaker Quentin Tarantino surprised audiences at the AFI Fest in Los Angeles by presenting an exclusive preview of his upcoming film, "The Further Mis-Adventures of Cliff Booth," the sequel to his 2019 release "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood." The event took place during a post-screening question-and-answer session, where Tarantino unveiled the first 17 minutes of the new movie.

The sequel, penned by Tarantino and directed by David Fincher, continues the story of Brad Pitt’s character, stunt double Cliff Booth. Set in 1977, the narrative unfolds eight years after the original film's events, exploring new chapters in Booth’s life. Pitt returns to reprise the role that earned him an Academy Award.

Tarantino explained his motivation for revisiting Cliff Booth, describing the character as a larger-than-life figure well-suited for multiple adventures. The filmmaker conveyed that he had long envisioned Booth as a protagonist capable of sustaining further stories beyond the initial film. This latest offering marks a collaboration between Tarantino’s storytelling and Fincher’s direction, generating significant interest within the film community ahead of its anticipated release.
