Two Royal Air Force pilots who ejected from a Hawk T2 jet before it crashed near RAF Valley airbase in Anglesey have been discharged from the hospital and are now recovering at home. The aircraft, valued at approximately £16 million, went down last week, erupting into flames upon impact.

The pilots involved were a trainee and an instructor, both of whom safely parachuted to the ground prior to the crash. The RAF expressed gratitude for the support extended to the pilots and their families during the recovery process.

An investigation remains ongoing to determine the cause of the accident. Officials have not released further details about the circumstances leading up to the crash or the status of the inquiry at this time.
