Ramssol Group Bhd’s subsidiary Rams Aitech Sdn Bhd has entered into a memorandum of agreement with Linear Channel Sdn Bhd to collaborate on the supply and provision of information technology devices, artificial intelligence (AI) software solutions, and device monitoring software under Linear Channel’s GreenElite Pro device-as-a-service programme.

Under the agreement, Linear Channel will manage direct contracts with small and medium enterprise (SME) clients, offering rental IT equipment packages bundled with AI software and device fleet monitoring services. Linear Channel will handle customer relationships, deployment, servicing, billing, and collections.

Rams Aitech will be responsible for supplying and licensing the AI and device monitoring software as well as provisioning the devices to Linear Channel. The partnership will secure a committed base of 10,000 subscription seats, generating a recurring revenue stream for Rams Aitech’s AI solutions.

The arrangement includes channel exclusivity within Malaysia and a regional right of first refusal, enabling both parties to explore expansion opportunities across selected Southeast Asian markets, namely Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

This collaboration is positioned to boost market penetration for Rams Aitech’s AI and device monitoring offerings while supporting Linear Channel’s growth in the SME sector through its GreenElite Pro programme.
