Robbie Williams has outpaced Oasis brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher in earnings for 2025, generating £77 million through his music and related ventures. The former Take That singer’s income, equivalent to approximately £211,000 per day, marks a substantial increase from the £15 million he earned in 2024, primarily driven by a successful series of live performances.
Williams’s media company, You’re Not Famous LLP, reported turnover figures showing that around £71 million of the revenue came from live shows, with an additional £5.2 million derived from merchandise sales. The company recorded a profit of nearly £28 million for the year, with Williams personally receiving £25.5 million.
This financial milestone places Williams ahead of the Gallagher brothers, who each earned an estimated £50 million from Oasis’s 2025 reunion tour. Although both Liam and Noel Gallagher gained significant income from the tour, their individual earnings remain notably below Williams’s total haul.
The rivalry between Williams and the Gallaghers has been ongoing for decades. In 2000, Noel Gallagher referred to Williams disparagingly as “the fat dancer from Take That,” while Liam Gallagher in 2013 criticized Williams for headlining Manchester’s Etihad Stadium during a period when his own band, Beady Eye, was performing at a smaller venue. On that occasion, Liam reportedly expressed frustration over venue sizes with a profanity-laced comment directed at Williams.
Williams has responded to such provocations on multiple occasions, including challenging Liam Gallagher to a televised boxing match at the Brit Awards in 2000. He also surpassed Oasis’s 1996 Knebworth shows by performing three nights at the venue in 2003, and once sent Noel Gallagher a pair of tap-dancing shoes accompanied by a mocking note.
The recent financial figures underline Williams’s enduring popularity and commercial success in the music industry, as live performances continue to serve as a major source of income for prominent artists.
