Ronnie Foden, the seven-year-old son of Manchester City footballer Phil Foden, is seeking to hire a brand and social media manager to help expand his digital presence. Despite his young age, Ronnie has amassed a significant following with around four million followers on Instagram, where he regularly shares images of himself modeling designer clothing.

Ronnie’s online presence is managed by his father, Phil, 26, and his partner Rebecca Cooke. The Instagram account was created three years ago after a video of Ronnie singing and celebrating with his father and teammates following Manchester City’s Champions League victory gained widespread attention. The clip, which showed Ronnie on Phil’s shoulders singing along to “Freed from Desire” by Gala, quickly went viral and sparked a surge of interest from fans.

Since then, Ronnie has signed with the management company Propel Talent Group and secured partnerships with several clothing brands, including Flannels, Little Bird, and The Couture Club. His Instagram features frequent posts of him wearing designer outfits, contributing to his growing influence as a young social media personality. The position for a social media manager offers a salary of around £50,000, primarily earned through negotiating brand deals.

In addition to Instagram, Ronnie’s parents oversee a TikTok account with approximately 750,000 followers and have launched a YouTube channel for him. They also manage an Instagram account for their five-year-old daughter, True, who has amassed 48,000 followers. That account similarly features images of True in high-end children’s fashion and accessories from luxury brands such as Hermès, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and Chanel.

Despite his considerable online following, Ronnie will not be able to take direct control of his social media accounts in the near future due to upcoming UK regulations that will ban social media access for users under the age of 16, set to take effect next spring. This means Ronnie will have to wait nearly a decade before assuming full ownership of his accounts.

Phil Foden has described Ronnie as funny and charismatic, noting that his personality has been a key factor in his popularity. The family’s efforts to cultivate Ronnie’s social media presence reflect a growing trend of young children becoming public figures through managed digital platforms.
