Rosebank Industries has revised its profit forecast upwards following the acquisition of three manufacturers in the United States. The company, which aims to emulate the investment strategy of Melrose Industries, announced that its adjusted operating profit is expected to surpass the consensus estimate of $294 million.

Among the newly acquired entities, MW Components, a producer of fasteners and precision parts, exceeded performance expectations prior to its purchase. These acquisitions form part of Rosebank’s strategy to expand its industrial manufacturing footprint and drive operational improvements across its portfolio.

Simon Peckham, the CEO of Rosebank Industries, previously led Melrose Industries through a series of high-profile acquisitions, including the £8.1 billion hostile takeover of GKN, a major automotive and aerospace components manufacturer, in 2018. Rosebank is scheduled to release its next financial report on September 3, which is expected to provide further details on the company’s financial performance and integration progress following the acquisitions.

The successful fundraising and purchases reflect Rosebank’s commitment to growth through acquiring steady-performing manufacturing businesses, a strategy that has been central to Peckham’s leadership throughout his career.
