Model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has ended her long-standing lingerie collaboration with retailer Marks & Spencer. The announcement comes nearly 14 years after the launch of the "Rosie for Autograph" line in 2012, which initially surpassed sales expectations by more than three times.
The collection, known for its elegant designs and quality, gained significant popularity, with estimates suggesting that approximately one in every 50 women owns a bra from the range. Despite its strong following, the latest collection has been removed both from M&S stores and the retailer’s online platform.
Marks & Spencer described the decision to conclude the partnership as mutual, attributing it to a strategic effort to evolve, modernize, and broaden its lingerie offerings. A company spokesperson expressed pride in the collaboration and extended good wishes to Huntington-Whiteley for her future endeavors.
Huntington-Whiteley, 39, who shares two children with actor Jason Statham, confirmed the end of the deal but did not disclose specific reasons beyond the agreed conclusion.
The move has disappointed some fans of the collection, with customers taking to social media to express their dismay. One customer shared that the Rosie line had been their preferred choice of underwear since its debut.
Marks & Spencer continues to develop its lingerie portfolio in the wake of this change, signaling ongoing adjustments to meet evolving consumer preferences in the market.
