Rosie O’Donnell is set to return to Broadway after more than two decades with a role in the upcoming production of "The Rocky Horror Show." The Emmy-winning comedian and actress will assume the role of the narrator in the musical’s run at Studio 54, scheduled for two weeks next month. This engagement comes as a temporary replacement for Rachel Dratch, who will be taking a brief leave from the show.

O’Donnell’s last appearance on Broadway was in a revival of "Fiddler on the Roof," where she portrayed the character Goldie. Her Broadway debut dates back to 1994, when she played Rizzo in the original production of "Grease." The current engagement marks a notable return to the Great White Way for O’Donnell, who has recently been active in various entertainment ventures.

Prior to this Broadway return, O’Donnell completed a sold-out off-Broadway run of "Common Knowledge," further demonstrating her continued presence in the theater community. Additionally, she achieved high ratings as a guest host on "Jimmy Kimmel Live," reflecting her versatility and enduring appeal in both theatrical and television formats.
