Wheelock Properties is preparing to release the sales brochure for its Park Silicon development in Kwu Tung, with the project possibly going on sale as early as next month. According to Ricky Wong Kwong-yiu, vice chairman and managing director of Wheelock Properties, the development has already attracted more than 1,000 inquiries. Wong also highlighted that once Kwu Tung Station is completed, a covered walkway will connect the station directly to Park Silicon.

In Yau Ma Tei, Orion Land is set to launch sales for all 30 units in its 22 Square development beginning Saturday. The initial price list features mainly low- to mid-level studio and one-bedroom units, ranging in size from 218 to 318 square feet. The average price per square foot after discounts stands at HK$17,545. The project's show flat opened for public viewing recently.

Kwai Chung's Soundwill iCITY phase II recorded 12 transactions in the past week, bringing total sales to 138 units and approximately HK$381 million in revenue to date. All units sold in the latest batch involved existing tenancies, with an average transaction price of around HK$2.75 million. The developer noted that available inventory with tenancy agreements is limited, with prices starting at HK$2.66 million.

In Wong Chuk Hang, CK Asset sold a four-bedroom unit in its Blue Coast II development through a tender process, fetching over HK$35 million. Meanwhile, in Ho Man Tin, five units from the In One series—co-developed by Chinachem and MTR Corporation—were sold yesterday for a combined total exceeding HK$170 million.
