A gala dinner was held in Doha to mark Saudi Arabia’s National Day, emphasizing the strong bilateral ties between Saudi Arabia and Qatar. The event, hosted by Saudi Arabia’s Ambassador to Qatar, HRH Saad bin Mansour bin Saad bin Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, drew a wide range of attendees including government ministers, diplomats, business leaders, media representatives, and members of the Saudi community residing in Qatar.
Among the attendees were prominent Qatari officials such as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defence Affairs HE Sheikh Saud bin Abdulrahman bin Hassan Al Thani, Minister of Endowments and Islamic Affairs HE Ghanim bin Shaheen Al Ghanim, Minister of Communications and Information Technology HE Mohammed bin Ali bin Mohammed Al Mannai, Minister of Justice and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs HE Ibrahim bin Ali bin Issa Al Mohannadi, Minister of Municipality HE Abdullah bin Hamad bin Abdullah Al Attiyah, Minister of Transport HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Thani, and Minister of State and President of Qatar National Library HE Dr. Hamad bin Abdulaziz Al Kuwari. The diplomatic corps was represented by Director of Protocol at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs HE Ambassador Ibrahim bin Yousef Fakhro and the Dean of the Diplomatic Corps, Ambassador of Eritrea to Qatar HE Ali bin Ibrahim Ahmed.
The gathering marked a celebration of Saudi Arabia’s national occasion while also underscoring the enduring and multi-faceted relationship between Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
