SCIB Paints hosted its annual dealers’ event as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen partnerships with clients and support its distribution network across Egypt. The gathering, held recently, drew over 1,000 participants from various governorates, underscoring the company’s extensive dealer network and longstanding business relationships.
During the event, SCIB Paints reviewed its key achievements from the past year, highlighting marketing initiatives, market expansion, product development, and dealer support programs. These efforts align with the company’s strategic objective to sustain growth and maintain its leadership position in the Egyptian paints market.
A major highlight was the launch of Acrycoat Novi, a new paint product designed with an advanced formula intended to meet evolving consumer demands. The product boasts several improved features, including high resistance to stains and dust, ease of cleaning while preserving aesthetic appeal over time, enhanced whiteness for brighter wall finishes, and availability in a broad range of colors facilitated by an automated tinting system. This introduction reflects SCIB Paints’ commitment to innovation and providing dealers with competitive product offerings.
The event also featured senior executives from Asian Paints Group and SCIB Paints expressing their satisfaction with the operational success in Egypt. Joseph Eapen, Chief Executive Officer of Asian Paints International, described Egypt as a critical market for the group and noted that its largest manufacturing facility outside India is located there. He emphasized the group’s strong confidence in the Egyptian market and its long-term investment plans. Prashant Shekhar, General Manager, attributed the company’s success to robust dealer partnerships, continuous innovation, and a focus on delivering high-quality products aligned with market needs.
Supporting dealers remains a priority, according to Mahmoud Shahat, Head of Retail Sales, Exports, and Promotional Activities, who stressed the importance of empowering dealers as the direct link to end consumers. Yasmine Hafez, Head of Marketing and Project Sales, highlighted ongoing investments in brand-building efforts through comprehensive marketing strategies and integrated retail experiences aimed at enhancing customer engagement and fostering brand loyalty.
In addition to these announcements, SCIB Paints unveiled a major strategic initiative—the Retail Showroom Development Project. This nationwide program involves implementing a new, unified interior design concept across SCIB’s showrooms and retail outlets. The initiative seeks to standardize visual identity, improve customer experiences at points of sale, and provide dealers with modern retail environments that better reflect the strength and consistency of the SCIB brand throughout Egypt.
The event concluded on an optimistic note, reinforcing SCIB Paints’ dedication to expanding innovative product offerings and investing in its dealer network to support sustainable growth in the competitive paints sector.
