Vance and his wife, Usha, reside at the vice president’s residence at the U.S. Naval Observatory, where they live with their young children. The couple recently welcomed their fourth child, Alec Neel Vance, on Sunday — marking the first birth of a baby to a sitting vice president in over 150 years.
