Dr. Mohammed bin Nasser al Zaabi, Secretary-General of Oman's Ministry of Defence, met with Vice Admiral Edward Ahlgren, the United Kingdom’s Defence Senior Adviser for Middle East and North Africa Affairs, on Tuesday at the Muaskar Al Murtafaa office in Muscat. The meeting took place as part of an official visit by the British delegation to Oman.

During the discussions, both parties exchanged perspectives on various areas of mutual cooperation and explored topics of shared interest. The dialogue also included an examination of recent developments affecting the regional and international security landscape. The meeting reflects ongoing efforts to strengthen defence ties and enhance collaboration between Oman and the United Kingdom within the context of broader geopolitical challenges in the Middle East and North Africa.
