The Jahra Security Directorate carried out a field operation across the Naseem, Qasr, and Waha areas on October 31, resulting in multiple arrests and citations. Conducted in partnership with the Committee on Negative Phenomena—which includes the Kuwait Municipality, the Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy, and the Public Authority for Food and Nutrition—the campaign aimed to detect violations, apprehend offenders, and enforce legal measures.

According to a statement from the Ministry of Interior, five individuals were arrested for violating residency laws by operating commercial activities within private residential properties. Additionally, authorities detained one person wanted in connection with an absconding case. The coordination between security forces and governmental bodies also led to the issuance of several citations: the Public Authority for Food and Nutrition cited three entities for food safety infractions, while the Kuwait Municipality issued four citations related to municipal code breaches. The Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy added two citations under its regulatory scope.

During the sweep, officials identified three grocery stores and two bachelor residences, with further legal actions to be determined according to applicable laws and regulations. The Ministry of Interior underscored that this operation is part of ongoing efforts by the Jahra Security Directorate to address negative phenomena, enforce compliance with laws, and promote public safety through continued collaboration with relevant agencies.
