Several public employees and recruits have been ordered to stand trial before the Military Criminal Court on charges related to service fraud, according to the Military Attorney General. The defendants are accused of abusing their positions to obtain exemptions and exceptions from national and reserve service obligations to which they were not entitled.

Investigations revealed that some recruits bypassed mandatory procedures by falsifying data, official documents, and medical reports. These allegations suggest a coordinated effort to manipulate records in order to evade service requirements.

Military prosecutors have formally charged the individuals involved, assigning penalties according to their roles in the alleged misconduct. The Military Attorney General underscored the importance of maintaining the integrity of national service procedures, emphasizing fairness and equality in fulfilling this duty.

Authorities stressed that evading service through deception, or assisting others in such conduct, will be met with legal action. Those found guilty are expected to face prosecution under military law, reflecting a broader commitment to safeguarding national obligations from abuse or exploitation.
