Sharon Stone revisited one of her most famous film moments in a recent photoshoot for Elle Espana, recreating the iconic scene from the 1992 thriller *Basic Instinct*. In the original film, Stone’s character, Catherine Tramell, notably flashed police officers during an interrogation. More than three decades later, Stone, now 68, struck a similar pose outdoors while wearing a green coat, capturing the scene’s enduring impact.
The photoshoot also featured Stone by a swimming pool dressed in a black lace gown, showcasing a blend of elegance and nostalgia. The accompanying interview in Elle Espana coincided with the 25th anniversary of the brain haemorrhage and stroke Stone survived. She reflected on her recovery, stating, “Against all odds, I managed to recover, but the job offers dried up.”
Stone’s return to this iconic image highlights both her lasting cultural presence and personal resilience following serious health challenges. The feature forms part of the 40th anniversary edition of Elle Espana.
