Skoda has marked the production of its one-millionth Karoq with the introduction of a new Black Edition trim, set to become the highest specification offered for the model. This special edition will be available for order starting October 1.

The Black Edition features a range of distinctive exterior and interior upgrades. Notable elements include 19-inch black alloy wheels, black roof rails, and various other black-accented design cues that enhance the vehicle's sporty appearance. Inside, the cabin is fitted with full leather seating and a panoramic sunroof, complemented by a leather-wrapped three-spoke multifunction steering wheel and aluminium sports pedals as standard.

Technological enhancements include full LED Matrix headlights equipped with an adaptive function, aimed at improving visibility and safety. Under the hood, buyers can choose from multiple powertrains: a 1.5-litre petrol engine available with either a six-speed manual or a seven-speed DSG automatic transmission, a 2.0-litre petrol option, or a 2.0-litre diesel engine.

Pricing for the Black Edition Karoq begins at £39,160, with the diesel variant priced up to £46,035. The launch of this edition underscores Skoda’s continued emphasis on combining style, technology, and performance in its expanding SUV lineup.
