Several teams across Major League Baseball, the National Basketball Association, the National Football League, and the National Hockey League announced recent roster moves and transactions as the 2026 seasons progress.

In baseball, the Baltimore Orioles have agreed to terms with right-handed pitcher Jackson Rees on a minor league contract, bolstering organizational pitching depth.

The NBA saw multiple roster adjustments. The Denver Nuggets signed guard Ryan Nembhard to a two-way contract while waiving guard KJ Simpson. The New York Knicks added guard Jaden Akins on a two-way deal and waived center N’Faly Dante, guard John Konchar, and forward Toby Okani. The Portland Trail Blazers released Lee Hyun-jung from their roster.

Carolina Panthers made multiple changes, promoting wide receiver David Moore and running back Anthony Tyus to the active roster. In addition, they signed defensive back Robert Rochell to the practice squad.

The Chicago Bears designated defensive back Kyler Gordon to return from the physically unable to perform (PUP) list. Cincinnati Bengals signed wide receiver Ke’Shawn Williams to their practice squad. The Dallas Cowboys promoted defensive tackle Elijah Garcia to the active roster while placing safety Jalen Thompson and defensive tackle Jonathan Bullard on injured reserve. They also added defensive backs Alex Austin, Tyrek Funderburk, and Juanyeh Thomas to the practice squad.

- Detroit Lions promoted linebacker Amen Ogbongbemiga to the active roster and added wide receiver Lawrence Keys to the practice squad.
