Tosin Adarabioyo, defender for Tottenham Hotspur, was fined for speeding in Birmingham earlier this year. The 29-year-old centre-back was caught driving at 35 miles per hour in a 30 mph zone on an A-road in the Edgbaston area in January 2025. His case was heard before magistrates in Birmingham on August 7, with the details disclosed recently.

Adarabioyo admitted to the speeding offense while driving his 2018 Range Rover, valued at approximately £80,000. He received three penalty points on his driving licence and was fined £289. The proceedings experienced a delay after an initial allegation surfaced that he had failed to respond to a police correspondence sent to his Cheshire residence, valued at around £2.8 million. This allegation was subsequently withdrawn.

Born in London, Adarabioyo began his football career in the youth ranks at Manchester City. He later played for Fulham and Chelsea before joining Tottenham Hotspur during the summer transfer window. The defender reportedly earns a weekly salary of £120,000.
