Starbucks has announced its 2026 winter holiday lineup, featuring new seasonal drinks, food items, and merchandise ahead of the upcoming holiday season. The coffee chain revealed the menu on October 5, with most offerings becoming available beginning November 5.

Central to this year’s beverage selection is the introduction of the Tiramisu Velvet line, which includes the hot or iced Tiramisu Velvet Latte topped with mascarpone cold foam and a cocoa and coffee dusting, as well as a Tiramisu Velvet Cold Brew. Another new option is the Apple Pomegranate Refresher, combining crisp apple flavors with popping pomegranate pearls. Additionally, a Snowy Apple Pomegranate Refresher, which blends the Apple Pomegranate Refresher with coconut milk, will be part of the menu. Returning holiday classics such as the Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulée Latte, Sugar Cookie Latte, and Gingerbread Chai are also featured.

On the food front, Starbucks is introducing the Braised Short Rib Grilled Cheese and a reimagined Turkey & Stuffing Sandwich, adding to the line-up of returning favorites including the Cranberry Bliss Bar, Snowman Cookie, and Sugar Plum Cheese Danish.

Merchandise plays a significant role in the holiday season, with Starbucks once again offering collectible items that have driven high demand in previous years. A particularly anticipated item is the return of the Bearista Glass Cold Cup, a 20-ounce glass cup shaped like a teddy bear wearing a green Starbucks stocking cap and featuring a green straw. The Bearista cup, which originally launched last holiday season and sold out in under a day, is expected to be available again, though the company has not yet confirmed the exact release date for 2026. Last year, the cup became available on November 6, quickly disappearing from shelves despite Starbucks increasing shipments.

In addition to the Bearista cup, earlier in the year Starbucks released other themed cups, including a World Cup soccer-themed Bearista cup in June and a Pink Bearista cup in July, both of which sold out within hours of release. A Snoopy Glass Cold Cup, similar in style to the Bearista design, was also released in September and experienced rapid sell-through.

Alongside beverage and food offerings, Starbucks has introduced several new merchandise collections slated for release November 5. The Holiday Village Collection celebrates the company’s Seattle roots with items such as an ornament, decorative village piece, snow globe, and ceramic mug priced between $14.95 and $29.95. The Peppermint Mocha Collection features retro and modern designs, including a Glass Christmas Tree Cold Cup and a Shimmer Water Bottle, each priced at $32.95. The Bearista Collection includes drinkware, a plush key chain, and accessories priced from $14.95 to $34.95. A separate Winter Wonderland Collection, arriving November 17, offers cool-tone drinkware with winter-themed details, including a ceramic mug and snow globe set, water bottle, quilted cold cup, and snow tumbler, with prices ranging from $29.95 to $35.95.

The 2026 holiday season at Starbucks is shaping up to blend new flavors and festive merchandise with the return of popular items, continuing the company’s tradition of seasonal offerings that resonate strongly with its customer base.
