In the episode premiering on July 27, PCs Charlotte and JB encounter a dangerous situation involving a man walking an unmuzzled XL bully dog. The officers face aggression from the animal during the encounter, highlighting ongoing concerns around the control of potentially hazardous dogs in public spaces.

Elsewhere in the episode, PC Will Barr and his team focus on disrupting a county lines drug operation. They investigate an instance of “cuckooing,” a tactic whereby drug dealers exploit the home of a vulnerable individual to facilitate the distribution of narcotics. The officers aim to identify those responsible for orchestrating the illicit network and to safeguard vulnerable residents from exploitation.
