Suffolk has appointed Emery Molnar as chief operating officer of its West Coast Aviation division, reflecting the company’s strategic focus on expanding its aviation operations and leadership capabilities. Molnar, who brings extensive experience in managing large-scale airport projects and leading operational teams, will be based in Suffolk’s Los Angeles office.

In his new role, Molnar will oversee aviation operations and drive business development efforts across the western United States, a region known for its dynamic and competitive aviation market. His expertise includes the delivery of complex airport construction programs and managing high-performing teams nationwide, positioning him to support Suffolk’s growing portfolio in the aviation sector.

Molnar will report directly to Sam Sleiman, who recently assumed the role of national president of transportation at Suffolk. Sleiman’s promotion aligns with the company’s broader initiative to expand and scale its transportation and aviation platforms on a national level.

This leadership addition underscores Suffolk’s commitment to investing in talent that can navigate the complexities of large infrastructure projects, while positioning the firm for continued growth in a key segment of the construction industry.
