Omani volleyball player Falah Salim, also known as “Al-Koubi,” has joined Kuwaiti club Sulaibikhat, marking his first professional engagement abroad for the current season. Salim arrived in Kuwait on October 31 and was welcomed at the airport by Sulaibikhat’s team manager, Ahmed Refaat, and captain Nawaf Al-Enezi.
The player is set to participate in the team’s training sessions as they prepare for upcoming matches. Salim brings to Sulaibikhat substantial experience as an international athlete, having represented Oman at regional and continental competitions. Among his achievements, he earned the Best All-Round Player award at the West Asian Championship and was recognized as the Best Outside Hitter (Position 4) at the Arab Championship.
Prior to his move, Salim played for Al-Bashayer in Oman. His signing is viewed by Sulaibikhat’s coaching staff as a strategic acquisition that could enhance the club’s competitiveness and support its goals for the season. The team hopes that Salim’s proven skills and experience will contribute significantly as they aim to contend for titles.
