Participants select teams with specific positional requirements, including a hooker, front row forward, second row forward, halfback, five-eighth, center/wing, fullback, and one flexible player who can be drawn from any position. Each round, players can make unlimited trades, and captaincy choices yield triple points, with vice-captains earning double points. The team structure limits the number of players selected from any club, starting with a maximum of two players per team in the first week and expanding in subsequent rounds up to four players per club for the grand final.
