Superintendent of Police Navneet Kanwat played a crucial role in rescuing four individuals following a serious traffic accident near Georai town on the Dhule–Solapur Highway in Maharashtra early Tuesday morning. The collision occurred around 1:30 a.m. when a car traveling from Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar toward Beed collided head-on with a truck moving from Beed toward Jalgaon.
The impact severely damaged the front of the car, trapping the occupants inside. The incident highlights the challenges faced on highways during late-night hours and underscores the importance of quick action by law enforcement officers in emergencies. SP Kanwat’s involvement also emphasizes the critical role police can play beyond their routine duties, providing humanitarian assistance in situations requiring urgent attention.
