The President of the Supreme Judicial Council and the Court of Cassation, Counselor Dr. Adel Boursli, conducted a visit to the Hawally Court Complex on Wednesday to assess the facility's readiness for the upcoming 2026/2027 judicial year. The visit was organized to evaluate the efficiency of services offered to litigants and to ensure that the court’s operations and infrastructure are fully prepared for the new term.
Accompanying Dr. Boursli were Counselor Mohammad Al-Rifai, President of the Court of Appeals, and Counselor Khaled Al-Othman, Vice President of the Court of First Instance. During the tour, Boursli engaged directly with several court visitors, gathering their feedback and addressing any concerns or complaints related to court services.
The leadership team reviewed various aspects of the court complex’s service delivery and facilities as part of ongoing efforts to maintain high standards and responsiveness in the judicial system. The Supreme Judicial Council emphasized the importance of providing accessible and efficient judicial services as the courts enter the new legal year.
