Swansea delivered a convincing 4-0 victory over Blackburn, maintaining pressure on league leaders Middlesbrough. The win came just one week after Swansea suffered a heavy 5-0 defeat to Queens Park Rangers, marking a strong response from the team.

Swansea head coach Vitor Matos praised his squad’s performance, emphasizing their improvement despite the previous setback. “A really good response,” Matos said, noting that the team was not at their worst in the prior game and that progress was evident.

With this result, Swansea remains two points behind Middlesbrough in the standings, continuing their pursuit of the top position. The comprehensive win over Blackburn showcased the team’s resilience and capability to rebound quickly in a competitive league environment.
