Talabat has expanded its retail offerings in Kuwait through a new partnership with Centerpoint, marking a significant step in broadening the app’s lifestyle and non-food product range. The collaboration, formalized at a signing event held at talabat’s Kuwait headquarters on June 23, aims to enhance customer access to a wider variety of goods beyond the platform’s established food and grocery delivery services.

Representatives at the event included Abdullah Al-Mansour, Director of Corporate Affairs at talabat Kuwait, and Rohit Nanda, Executive Vice President and Country Head of Landmark Group in Kuwait, which owns Centerpoint. Al-Mansour emphasized that the partnership strengthens talabat’s position as a leading everyday app by incorporating lifestyle, fashion, and home essentials, thereby increasing convenience and choice for users.

Rohit Nanda highlighted the collaboration as a strategic move to bolster Centerpoint’s omni-channel presence and capitalize on the growing quick commerce trend. He pointed out that the partnership enables the retailer to better address urgent purchases for daily essentials while also expanding opportunities in premium gifting categories. By leveraging Centerpoint’s widespread retail footprint across all governorates in Kuwait and talabat’s digital platform, the alliance seeks to drive sales growth, improve inventory management, and accelerate digital adoption. Nanda noted that customers will benefit from faster delivery of popular products, including Babyshop and Lifestyle Beauty items.

Following the successful launch of “Centrepoint Beauty” earlier this year, the extended partnership offers customers access to more than 3,000 products spanning fashion, home goods, and everyday essentials. All items are available for delivery within 45 minutes or less to locations throughout Kuwait.

This initiative reflects talabat’s ongoing strategy to diversify its services beyond traditional food delivery and redefine the retail experience by integrating a seamless on-demand model tailored to everyday consumer needs.
