A 14-year-old boy has been charged with the murder of Lilly Jones, who was also 14 years old. The defendant appeared at Cardiff Crown Court on Tuesday, where he confirmed his identity, including his name, date of birth, and address. Due to legal restrictions, his name has not been disclosed.
