Tess Daly and Vernon Kay have appeared publicly without their wedding rings for the first time since announcing their separation earlier this year. On Monday, Daly, 57, was seen without her wedding band at a book launch held at The Corinthia in London. Around the same time, Kay, 52, was also spotted not wearing his ring during the premiere of a new Oasis documentary at Leicester Square.
The couple, who announced their decision to separate amicably in May after 22 years of marriage, have emphasized their commitment to maintaining a friendly relationship despite the split. In a joint statement posted on Instagram, they highlighted the mutual care and respect underpinning their choice, stressing that no third parties were involved.
Since the announcement, both have continued to publicly support one another, with the pair reportedly celebrating new beginnings together with champagne. Daly and Kay share two daughters and have consistently expressed their intention to prioritize their family and friendship going forward.
