The Vermont Property Group has launched marketing for The Henry at Roseville, a $205 million residential development and the first apartment project in Roseville approved under New South Wales’ Transport Oriented Development Policy. The seven-storey building, designed by MX Architects, will offer 60 two- and three-bedroom apartments located approximately 500 meters from Roseville station.

Scheduled to begin construction in the third quarter of 2027, the development will be built by Corben. It is situated on Shirley Road and is designed to provide views extending from the Chatswood skyline to the Blue Mountains. The project incorporates a range of residential amenities, including a rooftop infinity pool, sauna, cold plunge, resident lounge, gymnasium, massage room, cinema, and barbecue areas, alongside landscaped gardens designed by Jane Britt Design.

Apartments are predominantly three-bedroom units featuring multipurpose rooms, with sizes ranging between 137 and 145 square meters. Balconies will vary from 20 to 91 square meters. Prices for these apartments are expected to range from $3.3 million to $4.8 million and are being marketed by Scott Matthews at Wiseberry. Two-bedroom apartments will be available from 105 square meters and priced from $2.4 million. Pricing details for penthouses have not yet been disclosed.

The project’s name pays homage to William Henry, an early settler of the Lane Cove area, reflecting a connection to local heritage. The Henry at Roseville represents a significant development aligning with state government policies aimed at promoting residential growth near public transport hubs.
