Three young squash players from Bangladesh are set to participate in a Professional Squash Association (PSA) tournament in Lahore, Pakistan, scheduled to take place from September 26 to 30. Aminul Islam, Saimun Islam, and Parvez Karim, all representing the Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Protishtan (BKSP), will compete against international players at the event.

The players’ participation is made possible through sponsorship from the Ispahani Group and ABC Real Estate. These sponsors will cover the expenses related to the athletes’ involvement in the tournament, providing them an opportunity to gain valuable exposure and experience on the international stage.

The Ispahani Group has a history of supporting sports in Bangladesh, having sponsored numerous events organized by the Bangladesh Squash Rackets Federation as well as other disciplines such as cricket, football, basketball, chess, bridge, and golf. ABC Real Estate has also contributed to the sponsorship efforts for this particular tournament.

This initiative is seen as a step toward promoting squash among young athletes in Bangladesh and enhancing their competitive skills by encouraging participation in international tournaments. The Lahore event presents a platform for these players to test their abilities and gain experience against a diverse field of competitors.
